    This approval level enables you to buy our assessments that require no professional degree, accreditation, organization membership, or license/certificate.

    Level B

    This approval level enables you to buy our assessments requiring A or B qualification levels.

    Product Details

    Psychologists, learning disability specialists, school counselors, teachers, and other professionals can all benefit from BEERY VMI. The sixth edition remains strongly focused on early childhood education. 

    Short Format and Full Format tests present drawings of geometric forms arranged in order of increasing difficulty that the individual is asked to copy. (The Short Format is often used with children ages 2 to 7 years.)

    • Supplemental Visual Perception and Motor Coordination tests use the same stimulus forms as the Short Format and Full Format tests.

    Features

    The BEERY VMI 6th Ed provides approximately 600 age-specific norms from birth through age 6. These consist of basic gross motor, fine motor, visual, and visual-fine motor developmental "stepping stones" that have been identified by research criteria.

    • Among the few psychological assessments that provide standard scores as low as 2 years.
    • Standardized on a national sample with proven reliability and validity.
    • Short and Full Format tests can be administered individually or to groups.
    • Updated norms for ages 2 through 18; adult norms for age 19 and above.
    • Updated reports of medical, neuropsychological, international, and other important advances.
