Product Details

DST-S replaces the best selling DST and reflects changes in theory and practice with additional subtests, validation studies, and case histories.

Benefits

  • Use new subtests available in DST-S.
  • Identify signs of dyslexia in children.
  • Compare performance with other children.

Features

DST-S provides ability to assess many different skills. New subtests include:

  • Spoonerisms: more sensitive measure of phonological ability for those children able to cope with the segmentation test. It has a higher level of complexity and memory load.
  • Non-verbal Reasoning: it is generally considered that dyslexic children and adults are likely to have relative strengths in reasoning ability.
