Research supports a positive relationship between BHS scores and measures of depression, suicidal intent, and ideation.
Use this powerful predictor of eventual suicide to help measure three major aspects of hopelessness: feelings about the future, loss of motivation, and expectations.
Interpretive reports provide useful information such as the client's demographics, an interpretation of the client's raw and T scores, a brief, and a list of items endorsements.
Progress reports help monitor a client's progress over time. It graphically displays changes in the client's scores.
