This learning track consists of four modules and is approximately 3 hours long. This offering introduces the theoretical foundation and structure of the MBMD assessment, its basic interpretive sequence, and use of the assessment with bariatric and pain patient populations. Participants will have access to this course for one year and are eligible to earn CE.

Audience: This learning track is targeted for all users of the MBMD who want to increase their knowledge of the assessment via a self-paced module.

  • Introduction to new directions in MBMD assessment 
  • Describe the importance of psychosocial assessment for patients experiencing chronic pain
