Manage Bill
For customers who choose to use Purchase Orders (PO’s), Pearson has a bill management system (iPay) to view account balances, obtain copies of invoices, as well as make a payment.
Please note, the iPay sign-in is separate from the Pearson website or other online applications. Based on the password you set, sign -in credentials may differ from your other accounts.
Pearson accepts credit card payments through our e-commerce portal and call center. Credit card information is not accepted via postal mail, facsimile, or email.
How to set up and register an Online Account
STEP 1
To request an online account, go to https://ire.bizsys.pearson.com/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp. Once on this page select 'Register Here':

You will need your customer account number or invoice number, and a valid email address, the email address entered will be your user name when logging into the iPay system.
Your customer account number and invoice number can be found on the upper right-hand corner of your invoice:

Enter your customer account number or invoice number and a valid email address in the relevant sections:

Select the address that relates to the invoices you are responsible for paying or select all locations:

STEP 5
Enter your first name, last name, password (this password will be used to for logging into the iPay system), phone number (make sure you add in your country code) and chosen password, then select 'Next':'Next' button:

Review the details that you have entered, read the Terms and Conditions and accept these by selecting the checkbox if you agree. If you do not agree, your access will not be created. Then select 'Submit':

The system will then display a message indicating that the request for access was submitted successfully:

Once you complete the registration, Pearson will review your request and send you an email with your username (email address) and password. The iPay2 website can be accessed here.

On the login screen, there is a Login Assistance link:

Click on the link, and you will be prompted with the password and username reset options:

How to change your existing password
STEP 1
On the login screen, in the banner section, select Settings icon and then, 'Preferences':

On the next screen, scroll down to the 'Change Password' section

Since your email address is your login user name, you will need to complete the Self Registration process with your new email address, go to iPay, and follow the section of “How do I set-up my Online Account.”

How to view your account balance
STEP 1
To view your account balance, go to iPay, enter your username and password, and select the 'Log In' button:

STEP 2
From the Home page, select 'iReceivables Account Management' from the navigator bar, then 'Customer Access' from the menu:

This will bring you to the 'Customer Search' page. Here you can use the 'Search By' option to enter an individual invoice, credit note/memo, deposit, purchase order transaction number etc, then select the 'Go' button:

Once the relevant transaction appears, click on the 'Transaction Number' to see the related document:

Alternately, you can go to 'Account Summary' section to see all transactions

STEP 4
This summary page provides Account Balances, Aging, On-Demand Statements, FAQs, and Contacts.
Please make sure that you change the currency option to the currency your country uses to ensure an accurate balance is populated.
Next, select 'Overdue Receivables' to see the current open invoices on the account, clicking on the 'Account Balance' will display the current open invoices and credit memos on the account:

How to pay invoices with a credit and debit card
Pearson accepts credit card types: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and all major debit cards.
STEP 1
Select the invoice(s) that you want to pay, then the 'Pay' button:

If you have paid with a credit card before then, it will appear in the 'Payment Information' section. Pearson will not store your credit card numbers. We use a Token obtained from Cybersource Gateway. Only the last 4 digits of your credit card number are displayed.
To pay with this card again, select the 'Apply' button:

A confirmation page will then be displayed; you can select the 'Return to Account Details' to return:

Your payment will be reflected on the account immediately, so you will then be able to download an up to date statement.

Paying invoices with a new credit card
If you want to add a new card, click the 'Advanced Payment' button
STEP 1
Select the checkbox next to each invoice(s) you want to pay, then the 'Pay' button

STEP 2
Select 'Create Credit Card' button:

First, complete the name, address and email details in the 'Billing Information' section:

STEP 4
Scroll down to enter the card details in the 'Payment Details' section, then go to 'Authorise':

Ensure the card is selected in the 'Saved Credit Cards' section:

Select 'Apply' button:

STEP 7
For future payments select the new credit card that was created and click 'Apply Payment'
How to use a credit note/memo for an invoice/transaction
STEP 1
Go to iPay, enter your username and password, then select 'Log In' button:

From the Home page click on 'iReceivables Account Management' from the navigator bar, and go to 'Customer Access' from the menu:

Within the 'Account Summary' column, select the glasses symbol:

To see an accurate account balance, you will need to first select your 'Currency' and 'Go':

Click on the 'Account' tab to access a list of your transactions and credit memo/notes:

Select the transaction(s) and corresponding credit memo/note(s) from the table.
Then go to 'Apply Credits' at the top of the table:

You must select which transactions you wish to apply the credit to and then select 'Next':

Select the credit from the list and then 'Next':

STEP 9
You can then review the selected transactions and credits before clicking 'Apply' :

The confirmation page is then displayed. You can select the link to return to the 'Account Details' tab:

This action will be reflected on the account immediately so you will be able to download an up to date statement from the 'Summary' tab:
