Dear Colleague,
I am excited to confirm that, over the summer, we began the process of enhancing how we support our customers. We have been transitioning your customer experience to a larger, expertly trained team of Pearson employees with the product knowledge and know-how that you require when making decisions about the use of our assessments, our technologies, and our varied clinical solutions. Our new Customer Experience team is looking forward to interacting with you and will be there to guide and support you in a time efficient manner.
