Jeremy, the newest addition to our Canadian Customer Experience team, began his career at Pearson completely by chance. After taking a leap of faith and following a former coworker’s advice to apply, he landed in Customer Care and found his “calling”. We sat down with Jeremy to learn more about his personal views on what each customer’s experience should be, how he brings that vision to life, and what brings him joy in his free time.

Rashonda’s dedication to providing her customers with an excellent experience extends well beyond the bounds of answering their questions and taking their order. To her, each interaction is a chance to connect with them and truly listen to their needs. She takes the time to make her customers feel welcome and their needs important — and she does it all with a smile. Training Administator
Ellen was introduced to assessments through her work as a guidance counsellor. She quickly realized that without assessment, you may not realize that an adolescent may be struggling in silence with depression, or not working to their full potential. When she’s not providing superior customer support to customers like you, she’s an avid DIY-er and lives every day by the motto, “bloom where you’re planted”.
