The Millon Inventories are unique in their incorporation of a comprehensive explanatory theory of personality. The core evolutionary motivations of this theory reflect universal human drives, but what influences personality's expression? This webinar will explore the role of culture into which a person adapts, and suggests an expansion of the same evolutionary framework Millon used to organize his theoretical principles to describe and understand the individual's surrounding sociocultural influences. The presentation will further explore the notion of "goodness of fit" between person and environment, in terms of acculturation, intersectionality, and life strategies.
